The Misinterpretation of Sensory Overflow, and Other Useless Psycho-Babble

Comments:   Another poem of loss, my friends, it's a realization of the loss, and the reaction to the pain.. I wrote this one when I discovered the truth about what was  going on...

Can you hear me screaming?
I cry for you at night
Just to warm up close to you
Would make these wrongs seem right

Can you feel me shaking
Trembling at the thought
That you are going to leave me
That faithful you were not

Can you see me crying
The tears fall to the floor
But no one’s here to save them
You left and slammed the door

Can you hear me speaking
Incoherent words of pain
No one’s left to hear them
Save the anguish that remains

Can you feel me tremble
When you killed the love inside
When you took my heart, still beating
And crushed it ‘cuz of pride.

Can you see me crying
The tears will never end
You left me wounded, sweetheart
Now my heart—I must mend.

I can not see the reasons
You threw it all away
But misery has come to me
And it is here to stay.
