Open and pour yourself a Guinness. Observe the bubbles. Note they go down. Drink some. It's good for you. Measure out all the ingredients. Put the liquid ingredients and the butter in first, then add the flour, the sugar, the salt and then finally the yeast. Drink your beer some more. Use the appropriate settings for a medium crust on your bread machine. At least on mine, I press start and go away for 3 hours. It does everything for me from mixing to kneading to cooking.
