I hate UPS.

Listen up all you online merchants..

UPS sucks great big donkey dick. Yep, you heard me. UPS blows like a cheap 2 dollah ho with no teeth.

Here's the sitch. I ordered 384MB of RAM (2 128MB so-dimms for Portawhore, and a 128MB stick for Susan's PC) a week ago from Edge Micro because they were cheap. I ordered it about 7:00pm-ish. They didn't ship it until Monday. Kinda ticked about that--but I understand and stuff (well, not really, but whatever). I paid 20 bucks for 3 day select shipping + insurance.

It's now 2:36, and according to the tracking page, my package has been in fscking Jacksonville since 11:30 YESTERDAY!

I want my RAM before I go to work. I want to be able to install it when I get there. I want to feel the power of a linux portawhore with 256MB of ram.

But Nooooooooooooooooooooo!

So the big fsck you of the day goes to none other than UPS. The shitstains they are.

GIMME MY FSCKING STUFF!

I HATE UPS. I paid $5 shipping to send me a FREE software upgrade. I live in Toronto Ontario, so software is coming from MASS. I know to expect the odd duty charge, but get this.
UPS charged for a $6.90 charge for customs, $5.85 for a disbursment fee? plus a COD Customs Fee of $4.25, now of course we get taxes added to all these fees. Total Brokerage fee $21.83
I told UPS to keep it. Maybe I should have them redirect the package to Alaska. Greedy Brown Idiots

If UPS doesn't deliver my package in the next hour, they will be personally responsible for my inability to get a visa and thereby will cause me to waste $1200 tickets to Russia. You see, my passport is in that package and it was supposed to arrive four days ago. I need it NOW. Actually, I needed it four days ago. The only thing that can remedy a late visa situation is exuberant amounts of money paid to the Russian consulate. If UPS lets this happen to me, damn them to hell!

UPS has ruined my Christmas.
I ordered two Christmas presents. One for my brother and one for my sister.
My brothers came A-OK from the post office.
My sisters never came. It still says its in Louisville and its delayed.
Now I am gonna be embarrased at Christmas because I have only one present.
I hope my sister forgives me.

I love you people!!! UPS IS SATAN. They NEVER deliver my packages on time, they lie about when they are going to deliver, and it takes days to change address so they can deliver somewhere where I might be.

When they deliver to my office, they come at 7 PM at night!! Have these idiot UPS people ever heard of OFFICE HOURS????

I HATE UPS

Every time I get stuck using them against my will, I request that items be left at my door without signature. By requesting this, I have absolved them from responsibility if it gets stolen. BUT, every time they won't leave items and instead leave me many notices that my signature is required on delivery. So after three delivery attempts, I end up having to drive to their distribution center - which is 30 miles from my place and in a heavy traffic area. All this to receive something shipped to me by my headquarters office, which is only 8 miles from my place.

I you really want to feel like you are in a Kafka novel, call their customer service line and try to explain the situation. "Well sir, you can come to the distribution center to pick up the item." If I wanted to leave my house to get this item, I would not have had it shipped to my door.

Screw UPS, they put the customer LAST.

hi guys,i used to work for ups in edinburgh scotland,guess what?they suck there too.my friend(a ups driver)ordered a package from a company and they delivered ups and when it arrived it was a cod,he refused to pay because he had payed all shipping charges and our supervisor sent it back so the UPS driver ended up losing his money,ups sucks in europe as well,they treat there staff like shit,i f**ckin hate those big brown shits.

UPS is the worst shipping you can get. I've used Fed Ex and they ALWAYS get their package here by when they say they will. Sometimes they get it here a day earlier! It's always a nice surprise to get something before you thought you would. I shipped my computer/speakers from Washington DC to Los Angeles for college and they assured me it would be here on Friday, Aug. 20th. (I shipped it via ground transportation last saturday). Well, it didn't come friday, and now its saturday. Guess what? It didn't come today either. The UPS truck came and left (a good 2hrs after the FedEx truck came). Fuck these assholes this is something important as I need to register for classes and do a lot of things online before my classes start on monday. looks like i wont be able to do any of this thanks to their dumb asses... im sitting in the library trying to figure out how to do things from this computer and its such a bitch. fuck ups and their lying ass. their customer service is open monday-friday so i cant even call and yell at their bitch asses. NEVER SHIP UPS. LEARN FROM US!!

I hate UPS. After three failures by UPS on three seperate occations to get my packages delivered as advertised I learned to avoid them and always ship Fed-Ex. Fed-Ex has never let me down. But when I ordered some wedding announcements for my daughters wedding the shipper sent them UPS. Just as I feared UPS lost the package. We had to do our wedding announcments on a copy machine (real classy)since there was not enough time or money left to get them redone. UPS won't even acknowledge they lost the package. I hate those guys.

I'd like to add something about UPS. Everytime I've ordered something from outside of Canada, UPS has tacked on a $50CDN (approx. $35USD) "customs brokerage" fee along with the taxes that I'm supposed to pay. What the hell is this? If I purchase something for $50USD and it cost me another $35USD to clear customs plus shipping and applicable taxes, I've basically paid double for the product. How's that for crap.
I've found that the only company that does not charge ridiculous surcharges for shipping is the United States Parcel Service. Even Fedex charges $40CDN for "customs brokerage".

weel, it is 5:30 pm on monday and i am still waiting on my UPS pickup that was supposed to be here at 3:00 pm. this is getting to be a regular thing with them. if i treated my customers like this i would not be in business anymore. i dont undersyand how i can hire this company to ship my packages and they tell me it has to be done their way or no way. i ship over 200 packages a day with them and they treat me like this how do they treat poeple coming in off the street? UPS can take their BIG BROWN TRUCKS and shove them where the sun dont shine!!!!!!!!!!!!

HI. Would you like to work for UPS. Are you stupid? Are you capable of being stupid? If you answer yes to either question you are eligible for a corporate level position at our bullshit shipping company. I ordered tickets on thursday, they were supposed to be shipped next day AIR, as in airplane. Lucky for me it was shipped from a measley two hours from my home. How can you claim next day air when you can't fucking drive that far in a day.
Then when I called to express my initial disgust with the company's negligance and inability to even understand their own jobs, a supervisor informed me that I could pick up the package from the center and that she would call me back in a few minutes. Of course in my naive state I thought the words were sincere, and didn't write down this stupid cunt's name. Two hours later no one has called, so I call again. Not only do they not know with whom I spoke they tell that she was lying to me and I could not pick up my package. Now I am out over 400 hundred dollars because the tickets I ordered for sunday, will be promptly be delivered on monday. Fuck UPS, and fuck all their dumbass, brain dead employers. I believe a movement should be started to end their stupidity thus all the headaches and money they have fucked us out of.

UPS has within the past 3 weeks, dropped a package coming to me destroying all that was in it and refusing to reimburse the shipper, left notes in my mailbox (in my house) telling me they couldn't find my house, been rude the one time they made it to my door and that was after mailing a postcard to me telling me they couldn't find me and me then calling and repeating the very directions written on the box, and right now haven't yet delivered a package sent 10 days ago from Indiana (to western New York). I hereby promise, no matter what, I will not purchase from a vendor using UPS, I will remember to ask who they use, and I will offer to pay more if they will ship with another shipper.

So an EMPTY package with foams inside was shipped to me!!!! Now my valuable camcorder is lost forever in one of their brokerage services' hands! THOSE F*CKERS!!!

Wednesday, he selected UPS Worldwide Express Service. UPS PICKED UP THE ITEM ON THRUSDAY AFTERNOON!!! Then they claim that the package will be shipped to me on next Monday! What's up with that!?! I thought Worldwide Express is supposed to be next day delivery! Screw those info they provided u with on their site! F*CK those UPS services!!!
